7 day breaks normally run from Friday to Friday. Our minimum stay is 3 nights and weekend break usually run Friday to Monday. Please get in touch if you have different requirements.
Short break bookings are available throughout the year with the exception of Easter, end of July and throughout August and Christmas & New Year.
A 25% deposit payment is required on booking, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks prior your stay. The holiday maker is responsible for leaving the property in good order and undertakes to pay for any damage or losses to the property or contents incurred during occupation. Please report any damages, breakages or faults as soon as possible to the owners. The maximum number of people occupying the property must no exceed 13 unless by prior agreement. Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the property. We ask guests to respect the neighbours and not to make unreasonable noise late at night. As the house is located in town, occupants may experience some noise/disturbance from the Rugby Club opposite, particularly during Jazz Weekend (2nd weekend of August).
